    Great LNB for 4K

    This item is used with HR54 Genie DVR and C61K Client to get 4K programming. It is easy to use and it has also a built-in SWM. This type of LNB system provide DTV subscriber a cheaper solution in implementing SWM signal distribution system for the house. And this items packs 19 tuners from its output signal; it is a lot cheaper method than using SWiM-16 box for your signal distribution for the house. The item was installed and worked flawlessly ever since it was mounted on my Slim-line antenna. This item has a better signal clarity (SNR) and picture for 4K programming with built-in SWM inside in my opinion.

    Good price for a SL5 RB LNB.

    There is nothing wrong with this LNB, but I should not have bought it. I was looking to pick up a few Music Choice channels by adding the ability to receive from the 119 Satellite. Alas, those stations require a more expensive DirecTB package than I want to pay for. I am still using it, but I will probably put my SL3RB SWM LNB back on the dish, just because it is smaller. Unless you subscribe to the Spanish language package, there is nearly no need for 119 in 99% of the country.

    Prepare your dish for 4K

    After recently activating an HR54 DVR (which replaced a 7 yr. Old HR34), decided that it's time to upgrade our AT9 to a Slimline dish using a Reverse Band Gen 2 LNB. It would serve two purposes: 1. expand my current setup from 16 to 21 tuners 2. Prepare my system for future permanent 4K broadcasts already having an HR54.. Will be upgrading my sister's home after setting her up with an HR54. They have a non-SWM Slimline. In addition to this Gen 2 LNB, got her a power inserter and an SWM splitter and she should be good to go. Works in my sister's place like a charm!!!

    Easy swap out of reverse LNB

    I wanted to change out my older style non-reverse LNB to this single wire reverse LNB. I was wired into an old Zinwell switch and I now had to find a single line out of the dish assembly and now just run it to a splitter with enough outlets to meet my needs. I also moved the power inserter line from the zinwell and applied it to the red power pass through port on the splitter. Some say to use the 21v mine was the old 29v and it still works fine. I was please with the LNB and it attached to the dish easily and my signal strength on the 101 is 100 to 99 % depending on the transponder. The other Sat signals are just as good with the exception of the 99° like always.

    Great Value & Easy Upgrade

    Excellent genuine Directv product that is very new to the market. Getting this ensures you wont have any difficulties obtaining 4K programming in the future. It works great with my HR44 and 2 other clients. It's just plug and play.
